The subject of fees is always an awkward and uncomfortable one.
However, we have developed four wonderful and convenient plans
to enable you to obtain the services that you need and want.

• Option One: Payment Before Treatment Begins
   

• Option Two:  Fifty-Fifty Payment
  You can pay half  of the fee at the beginning of treatment and the balance before completion
•  Option Three. You can use your credit card to pay your fees. Should you elect to pay the enitre fee at the onset of treatment using your credit card, you will be entitled to a 5% discount.
• Option Four . Payment over as much as twelve months interest free. Ask us for an explaination on how this will work for you!

A word about insurance: We participate in several PPO insurance plans, and we also accept traditional fee for service insurance. For your convenience, we will complete all claim forms and submit any necessary supporting documentation [such as X-rays] electronically, so as to insure insurance payment as timely as is possible. We will also accept insurance assignment where permissible. We do ask that all co-payments be made at the time of service. Unfortunately,  option one above does not apply to insurance co-payments.
